This Privacy Policy explains how DHM GLONEX LLC, doing business as Nail Salon POS PRO (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects information when merchants and their authorized users use our website, web portal, customer booking and check-in experiences, Windows software, and applications made available for supported Clover devices (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Scope and roles
A salon or other merchant generally controls the business and customer information entered into the Services. For that information, we act as a service provider or processor on the merchant’s instructions. Merchants are responsible for providing notices to their customers and employees and for using the Services in compliance with applicable law.

- Employee assignments, turns, schedules, commissions and payroll-related calculations.
- Appointments, booking preferences, waitlist and check-in records.
- Customer names, contact details and service history when entered by the merchant or customer.
Payment-related information
Eligible card payments are processed through the merchant’s supported Clover environment and payment providers. We may receive transaction identifiers, status, tender type, amount and limited receipt information. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

- Device model, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address and approximate location derived from IP.
- Diagnostic events, error logs, timestamps and feature usage needed to operate and secure the Services.
- Cookies or similar technologies used for essential sessions, preferences, security and site performance.
3. How we use information

- Maintain, analyze and improve reliability, compatibility and usability.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and security incidents.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements and protect legal rights.
4. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to the merchant that controls the account; to authorized staff; to service providers that host, monitor, support or secure the Services; to Clover and applicable payment providers when needed for the integrated workflow; in connection with a business transfer; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use merchant customer data for unrelated third-party advertising.
5. Merchant instructions and customer requests
Customers and employees should normally direct requests to the merchant that collected their information. We will assist merchants with verified access, correction or deletion requests as required by applicable law and our contracts.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet merchant instructions, resolve disputes, maintain security, satisfy tax, accounting and legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and jurisdiction. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before secure deletion or overwrite.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, secure transmission and monitoring appropriate to the nature of the Services. No system is completely secure. Merchants must protect credentials, restrict roles and keep devices updated.
8. International and U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to appeal a decision. Rights may be limited by law and by the merchant’s role as controller. To submit a request, email support@nailsalonpospro.com. We may verify identity and authority before responding.
9. Children
The Services are designed for businesses and are not directed to children. Merchants must obtain any legally required consent before entering information about a minor customer.
10. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party products. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Clover is an independent third party, and use of Clover products is subject to the merchant’s agreements with Clover.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal or operational changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
12. Contact and data deletion
